Redot 26.3-rc.2 is now live!

The next round of bug fixes are in, and our second release candidate for 26.3 is now live! This latest set of patches bring a variety of fixes to the new traits and structs implementations, various minor fixes to Worldscape3D, as well as a 33% reduction in memory used by structs along with a 19% performance uplift to struct performance!

- Fixed code completion support for local structs in GDScript by Arctis-Fireblight
- Fixed Inspector does not update when traits add/remove @export fields by Arctis-Fireblight
- Fixed trait-typed exported arrays losing node references by Arctis-Fireblight
- Fixed script and trait types in GDScript struct fields by Arctis-Fireblight
- Fixed exported GDScript struct array editing in the Inspector by Arctis-Fireblight
WorldScape3D Fixes and Changed by OldDev78
- The smallest region size is now 512x512 (also the default on node creation).
- Renamed a few Material properties back to their original name.
- Fix godot-cpp to engine translation bugs in WorldScape3DMaterial (which were breaking the shader parameters filter).
- Explicitly initialize world noise shader parameters on material initialization.
- More logging improvements/fixes.
